THERMALTRONICS is a fast growing and dynamic company which was established to research, develop and manufacture products related to power and thermal demand requirements.
Initial product development centered on the establishment of a range of superior quality soldering cartridges, incorporating the “curie point” method of temperature control. This unique technology allows precise control in demanding soldering processes. Cartridge design was optimized to ensure compatibility with existing OEM systems and performance was enhanced to provide longer tip life and more stable temperature. The innovative design initiatives included proprietary materials used to make RF coil assemblies increasing performance and reducing costs, a color band for easy identification of “temperature series”, gold plated connectors for better connectivity and serial numbers on the cartridge body to provide complete traceability. Our product is patented and we have numerous patents pending.
