Large volume SMT Splice Trolleys

The markets most advanced and effective SMT splice trolley. This SMT splicing tool increases the splicing speed by up to 300%. 

This is how it works;

1. The splice clip is loaded in the tool from a roller with a capacity of 900 splices.
2. The components ends are placed in the splicing tool.
3. The splicing is done with one operation and the machine will cut the clip stripe in precise length. Use a double Splice Trolley for a 32mm or wider carrier and it’s done in one operation on both sides.
4. The splicing process ends with simply connecting the tape with the covering plastic tape.

The trolleys height makes it a perfect addition to a comfortable working environment. The system has storage bins for scissors and waste material, a tape dispenser and component rolls. One trolley is often enough to use for a whole SMT line with 2-4 SMT machines.
