Delivery choice
We offer worldwide delivery at competitive rates. When you pay your order, you have the possibility to choose two types of carrier: our carrier (Chronopost or UPS to be delivered between 48 and 72 hours) or by your carrier by giving us your contract number and their contact information. All prices are EXW in Euros (excluding VAT and customs duties). Transport and packaging are not included.

Shipping
Depending on the products available, packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will send you an email with all the information you need to track your package. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, if you wish to make a warranty claim or if a product needs to be repaired, you must contact us before returning the product(s).
